LAPAROSCOPIC SURGERY

Laparoscopic surgery is the traditional method of "key-hole" surgery and enables the surgeon to carry out the majority of procedures through small incisions resulting in less pain and shorter recovery times.

ROBOTIC ASSISTED SURGERY

Mr Laing is trained to use the da Vinci surgical robot. This is a robotic system used in minimally invasive surgery, allowing surgeons to perform complex procedures with enhanced precision and control through small incisions.
